This hotel is an excellent choice for families. They have excellent staff and are very friendly and helpful even when I had a complaint they immediately took action and fixed the problem and took extra care of us. The staff are so nice and I loved dealing with Mr. Anjan, the duty manager at the reception. Such a progressional and nice guy. The apartments are huge and spacious . It’s a perfect hotel for families and safe and secure. Excellent location, excellent staff.

Professional & well trained staff, good facilities, ample parking space & the extra details they care about - like updated weather forecast & prayer timings displayed in the elevators. Spacious balcony. Reasonably priced, good quality food promptly delivered from nearby eateries at a call.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time; but Reuben Kara at Reception checked us in without trouble. Also, we happened to meet some great people during our stay, including Rohan (the GM for the hotel) and his family. We left with very good memories indeed.

The staff was great, my husband works in Saudi and they packed him a breakfast that was enough for 2 people. At breakfast every morning the staff were so friendly with me and made sure I had everything I wanted.
