Service is expectional. Very clean rooms, the hotel is fabulous. I would really like to thank Danish, the housekeeping supervisor for his help and support. Exceptional. I will visit this hotel again. I stayed at Ascott Sari for a week to do business and the hotel basically treated me like a princess throughout my visit! The service was excellent, and the staff were extraordinarily kind. I stayed in a perfect one room apartment with a private balcony that was both clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel also has a great restaurant, meeting room, gym and a swimming pool they offered to close off for others if I wanted to use it. They also offered an excellent driver service the whole time that organized me to Makkah. I couldn't be more happy with my stay and warmly recommend Ascott Sari in Jeddah.

Staff was incredible , they were very responsive to our request to change the room to get something with a view, and within one day they have provided us with it. it is not the typical hotel, the style is cozy, and very "European". Room service is very good, the quality of the food overall is much better than other hotels.
