The Guest Service Supervisor plans, directs, or coordinates activities of the Serviced Residence Property. He/she is responsible for managing the team of Guest Relations Executives and making sure that the Front Desk offers a warm welcome, speedy and efficient check in and check out.


  • Diploma in Hospitality
  • At least 5 years work experience in the Front Office / Guest Service Department in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications.
  • Possess attributes such as being sharp, detailed, meticulous, cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition.
