Guest Service Manager, Ascott 1 Oxford Street Accra


The Guest Services Manager plans, directs, or coordinates activities of the Serviced Apartment.

He/she is responsible for managing & training the team of Guest Service and making sure that the Guest Service offers a warm welcome, speedy and efficient check in and check out. 


  • Diploma in Hospitality
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the Front Office / Guest Service Department in a managerial capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications.
  • Possess attributes such as being sharp, detailed, meticulous, cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition.
