Assistant Operations Manager, Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh
The Assistant Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the Serviced Apartment. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, as well as planning & managing of human resources.
He/She is responsible for assisting the General Manager in every aspect of the Serviced Apartment, achieving optimum standards of service and value to guest with profit objectives in a manner consistent with the company’s policies, philosophy and targets.
- Degree in Hospitality Management with proven track record of success in the hospitality industry
- At least five years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a similar capacity/position.
- Arabic speaking
- Experience in Guest Service/ Rooms Division
